In response to this we have worked with subject matter and role experts across the business to deliver Kier Competence - a structured and consistent framework for you and your manager to measure yourself against these requirements.

Kier Competence will also allow us to address training needs brought about by changes in the construction industry. As our industry continues to evolve, this brings about new processes, responsibilities and expectations that impact us all, regardless of our role or the stage we are at in our careers.
